Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Rainbow Prints, each order is custom-made as per your personalization. Hence, cancellations or refunds are not possible once production has started.

However, we will replace or refund items only if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or different from the order.
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
